neminde ağırlıklı olarak Balkanlarda cereyan eden siyasi, diplomatik ve
toplumsal olayların aydınlatılmasında pekçok önemli bilgi içermekte-
dir. Bu kitaplar İngiltere’de sadece resmi kurumlar tarafından kullanıl-
mak üzere çok sınırlı sayıda basılmış olup (en fazla birkaç yüz adet) özel
